I've had the phone for a couple of years (my first Samsung) and am very impressed. Would recommend it to anyone who wants an uncomplicated nextG phone with great coverage (including rural) and so many other positives - including battery life etc. et...

not the easiest phone to use ring tones and personal settings are limited but its functional.... i will never buy another one

do a master reset.. message center may have been accidentally change.. doing a master reset for the phone will default the whole program of the phone.. giving back the default message center..
