Yes, it will, but it most likely won't have UMTS. Also there will definitely be a SIM lock.

i think with that phone it's the first class , but the inconvenient it's the ringtone , only on the mmf format , we can use as ringtone , not mp3 , and before put the ringtone , we have to put the sound on wav format
