Some one please answer kaushik's question.I was just thinking of buying this phone for PC synchronisation but now I will wait for some response to kaushik's questions before buying.

Pls help! I don't understand how to access the GPRS service! I have already saved the profile send by the service provider. But i could not find the way or anything to access the service. Somebody pls hlp! One more thing, is there any way to save message directly in the phone and not in the SIM? Pls reply urgently. My cell number is 9804168667.

I bought this phone on Carphone Warehouse for gbp 4.95. It is a tremendous phone for the money if you just want a phone and not a portable music centre and television studio to carry around with you! What do you want for £4.95?

It is a basic phone for people who want a phone and nothing else.

It does not have a radio. It does not have a USB socket.

My samsung b100 seems to have too bright of a display. I have taken down the brightness from the brightness option in the display settings to 0 but nonetheless it is still too bright and the white letters on a light blue background are barely readable. Is there any way to further reduce brightness/contrast or does the phone have the brightness setting set on a level too high in the factory? If anyone has had the same problem I'd love to hear their solution if they have found one.

This Phone is best for basic and you can conect to pc with serial data cable (software for this phone is PC STUDUO 2 & PC STUDIO INTERNET). You can transfer contacts and image,ringtone also. Internet surf with pc also work with it.

Hi, purchased this phone today. It has a good keypad and display . Good basic phone at Rs.1600

There are no other connections either for anybody who is interested. The only connection is for a battery charger.

hi...i would like to buy this set...but before buying..i want to know that is this the same set which is in india and pakistan they have launched with the name of Guru100 ? And On The AD They Also Said That it has a torch..so any one tell me do that set has a torch too ? and hows battery life and ringtone volume ?

First of i wud like 2 ask

Is Samsung GURU 100 is this phone itself. The dealer said it has GPRS and WAP browsing but other than MMS i haven't seen anything relating to GPRS.

Are you sure this phone supports data cable. If yes please reply with the model name (if any)

and is there any way of increasing ring tones. i hav downloaded many and saved many the format is xxxx.imy and when playing these tone it sound like plucking stings of guitar or veena. Its true that batery life is gr8.
