This piece is already available in India and is marketed as "Guru 210". Got a friendly Samsung distributor (not dealer or retailer)? If yes, you can buy this piece at as low as INR 1600/_
The official specs are available at the official website.

Dear GSMArena Admins,
The SGH-B210 doesn't come with Bluetooth connectivity. But it does support MP3 ringtones. It supports USB connectivity for transfers to/from a PC. I've personally confirmed with SAMSUNG Mobile Division personnel.
Some of the specs mentioned here are total mismatch with SAMSUNG "official" specs. Please see to the correction.
With the very best regards,
Hindustani.
