Hey, but they say "Beauty is only skin deep right?". Plus this phone costs a lot cheaper now compared to its price before. It's great value for your money. Hope this helps.

If you are tried only the default player, just try another player on your device, this time too seems same this problem on your device, need to check it out the SS Service center...

If you updated any ROM yourself, that may be the problem of that ROM, if you are not updated any ROM, must need to check it out from SS Service center....

NB: When you are checking, try to check with other headset that supporting your connector{MicroUSB}

Apparently in Windows Mobile OS the bluetooth device needs to be visible not just activated. Now it serves the purpose but still far more troublesome than standard nokia options.
