When you are creating NEW contacts
device will show more than 2 options
1. Outlook Contact
2. SIM Contact

Outlook Contacts is storing in your phone memory...
You can choose what you want...

when saving contacts on B7320 how do you save into the phone book memory and not sim card memory

Which way you are trying to use internet on your device!!
via WiFi or Cellular Network!!!

if you are tried via Cellular Network, your service provider connection settings are working correctly on your device or that connection setting is still available on your phone ?

I know that the B7320 is a business phone but is there any way that I could install an equalizer for the pre-installed Windows Media Player? Or is there another way?

It's easily upgradable to windows mobile 6.5 standard
Google maps is good for gps
You can install Microsoft office mobile 2010
Opera 10 for Multipage internet browsing
Adobe flash lite and adobe acrobat reader or solved dictionary
Media Player and WiFi
software installing is very easy
but don't remember it is a smart-phone and you can find less software for it than a touch-screen windows mobile
but i like it because it is the cheapest and the best smart-phone for me

I found only one dis-advantage... Its only the display color... after at all very well for this device with on this price range.

i read on some site about windows update setting for this phone, is it possible to get windows update like on desktop pc for this handset, because i could not find that setting in my phone, if anyone knows pl let me know.

You are right shrinking memory when updating to 6.5

WLan working very fine for me, no any problems faced with it... i installed a wireless router app and sharing my internet to my laptop via this software from my device....

You are right the battery is very perfect for this device....

I am totally feel very good with this OS....
completely working fine with me as a business client...
