i used to have this phone too. although I already have given it to my niece, it still is functioning now, after more than 5 years! one of the good things about samsung phones is the good screen, and even with limited functions, it was one of those phones then with the best screen. i also love the sound, which although is very soft compared to today's phones, it is quite pleasing to the ear.

I had that kind of phone before. I love its features especially the games, but I do have a hard time finding a new housing for that unit. I would like to change and buy a new battery pack for that unit too. Can anyone tell me where can I buy those? thanks.

I bought c100 model 5 years ago. Yes i have just the same problems as your. And especially when i write sms phone switches off then on again. I think i need to reload the program. And the battery finishes quickly.
Can someone tell me if this phone has handsfree or not. Some say yes but i search mine i cant find it!

this mobile doesnot works properly and espically it's battery is bad
and the phone swith's off itself while calling sumone
can sumone tell me why is this happening
i hav changed it's battery many times

This little beast of a phone has lasted me for over 4 years, having survived several episodes of beverage spillage and other drunken escapades. My only complaint is the softness of the call volume. Other than that, she has lasted me well.

the models i have used b4: Siemens c25, Motorola PCN780, Nokia 8310, Ericsson t39m, Nokia 2300, Nokia 8210, Nokia 6030, Nokia 3350 etc, and this C100 is one of the WORST....especially the batt life and button sensitivity

I have been using this mobile since two and half years now. Of late my mobile gets switched off suddenly when i am talking to someone. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with it? Is it battery problem? What is the price of this battery?

i've had this phone for 4 years and 4 months and it never gave me any problem. it even fell off the ground several times but it is still working fine.

i know it is in call registration but its only of 20 hour then again it got refeshed.

I am using this phone since it was launched. I never find any difficulty by using this. The GPRS facility is also nice one. At last I want to say that this is one of the best Mobile ever produced by Samsung
