short:not so smart software.
CONS:
1)it doesnt remember your text (like nokia and probably other brands do)if you exit the part where you write the messege, unless you save the messege
2)its hard to write messeges,you have to write them with caps if you are used to writeing fast,also brackets and stuff are hard to use)
3)its pretty hard to click the keys 4)it only rings first low then at full volume 5)vibrations are weak (my father rang me 4 times while having the mobile in my front pants pocket and i couldnt feel a thing,and i dont wear baggys)
6)it takes ages to unlock the keys (you have to wait to show 2 or three messeges)
PROS: small and very lite,very bright lcd, but you cant see much unless the backlight is on
I hope this helps,it sure would have helped me before I bought mine.

hi friends!
I have purchased this set a week ago, it fit for its interactive user-interface, sound, ringtones. I think it will payback my general requirements of having a mobile. BUT, in normal use my battery last for only 2 days. as mention on this page the standby time is 220hrs.
can anyone tell me whts the main problem, or it has 2 or 3 days battery lasting time

hi guyz i've got this set few days ago and since then it dives me nutts .it has no special function. Not worth of money i paid for.

i do not know why the alarm does not last forever, it works only until the end of the tone....??!!

hey brk,listen your samsung c200 does have a silent mode where you will be informed of any calls or sms by a vibrating alert.in standby mode press the #key for 2 secs and it will get the silent mode.if u want to remove the silent mode do the same again.

its a good phone, and i'm content with it, actually, it's one of my best choices in mobile phones. the only thing i am disappointed about is Silent mode...why in the name of god, doesn't this phone have silent mode!!

The samsung c200 is really very worthsome set among all samsung sets but i am really missing the IRDA port in it. its size, price, features & memory are in good combination.

this phone of samsung is superb.groundbreaking really.of this class it proves much better than to other handsets.the downloadable games are fantastic absolutely classy.the tones are beautiful and really cool.if u want any info for this phone mail me for quick reply.

i bought this mobile befire 3 days,i found that very poor performance of bettry as it just 1.5 days to discharge morover the games inbuilt are taking too much time to open.

Wish to add on afew things. I agree with other viewers that this phone truly has a strong battery life, considering that the weight of the phone is so light.
And yes! This phone is super DURABLE! I accidentally dropped it afew times and it still functions so well as normal and doen had any scratch at all.
Sometimes I feel like selling this phone. But after going true thick and thin with it....I don think i'll wanna buy another phone again -_-".

Well.....the design of this phone is good. The buttons are small and well spaced for ppl like me with small thumbs and fingers. But I thought the screen can be alittle bigger (though the screen effect of this phone is supreb). Very user friendly but the smsing is rather difficut initially. But once u get the hang out if its nice. I've already got used to using this cute phone. But one "wonderful" thing abt this phone is....there's no silent mode at all!!!!! I think this must be the only phone on earth world can only vibrate other than music alerts. Really really funny!

c200 is beyond imaginations. its looks delicate but its quite rough and tough. We took a dry piece of cloth and keeping the mobile above it gave it small jerks untill no water remained it it. We gave it a rest for 2 days so we do not use it before all the water is dried up. After 2 days when we switched on the phone it was working perfect just like a brand new piece. I dont think that other sets can survive like that.
