The phone has been helpful to me a lot but of late i have been facing problem with it anytime i switch the phone on it works for a while then suddenly it restarts, after that a symbols appears at the left top corner of the phone and a message appears 'insect sim'. Can someone help with this problem.

I am happy with the phone. But I have a prob downloading music. Everytime I download something it automatically goes into "other files" on phone. the phone doesn't allow me to move it to another file or listen to it. How can I download music into "music" file so I can play it? Does anyone have an answer?

i am having this phone for abt 2 and half years...
this is not a good ph at all...it hangs for no reason...
now i m purchasing an android ph...:D
