Hai,this type of phones are,when we can listen music, then a msg will come, then there is no alert sound, just gives vibration. Why ?

1) what is the difference between dual active and smart dual phones?
2)while opting for smart dual feature ,the following message comes after saving "bsnl and airtel call settings have been changed. bsnl call waiting enabled bsnl/airtel call forwarding if out of reach is disabled"
what does it mean. please explain
somebody had suggested that where smart dual feature is not working to 1) activate "call waiting "in both sims 2)"divert call if out of reach" in both the sims to each other sim number.
a)Now smart dual feature is not working in this model where the feature is added through firmware upgrade, even samsung service personnel couldnt help.
b) I tried call forwarding feature as explained above the following message appears"service not available"
anybody can help???????????
