Please, my phone does not respond when l want to send a message.
So my question goes like this: What do l do to make the phone write the message when l want to send one?

Good day, i live here in the phil.i entered a plan on Sun mobile so i get this unit C520 for only Php 999.00 for 3 units. But then i found out in your website the specification of C520 has a video. But in our unit C520 don't have video. can you please answer, is there any C520 don't have video? Thank you.

Question.. where else in the Phils do I buy this phone? I inquired in Samsung Megamall and they said they no longer sell this because it's quite an old model.

well, my mum might need to get a new phone after her nokia 3315 (that she has had for about 5.5 years) will be toooo old. In 2006 she got a nokia 2610 and she complained that the phone was not loud enough so she went back to her nokia 3315. i'm wondering if any of you people around the world who go on this site, who HAVE the phone will tell me: is the samsung c520 LOUD enough when you have a call or a txt? because it has been killing her

I got one last week. Still having difficulty entering my phone book list..The incoming call and text does'nt vibrate..Only incoming call but only vibrate and then the tone, why not the same time.. The battery last less than two days.. Gosh! Cheap phone goes with the cheap features..

How can I permanently disable T9 when I write sms?!
I dont wont to press right soft key every time I need write sms.

I've the C520 and I bought the special USB data cable. I download the device driver and PC-Studio. Still my computer doesn't recognize the phone. (Message: It's is not signed by Windows). I'm using XP. Can anybody say what I have to do more??

This is good simple everyday phone and this phone have ALARM and SENT FOLDER you just have to go around the menus or read the manual now to set ALARM go to "organiser" highlight "alarm" choose if you want once alarm or daily alarm or morning call etc. enter time choose AM or PM and there you go it is activated you will see a bell sign on your screen. For ther SENT text menu go to messages click on "text messages" try to sent a txt message highlight "write new" then type in your message. hit on "option" and highlight 2 or "save and send" choose "in phone" and typed in or choose the number of the person you like to send your message to. then click on send. to check your sent message go and check your outbox it will be there. I have motorola and samsung phone both have sent outbox but the way they are set up inside the phone have different procedures and thats when it gets a little complicated, well that is when the power of cellphone navigation gets really interesting sometimes cellphone manuals have the basic info but once you get the hang and feel of the phone then you'll discover the phone has more to offer.

I have the rozsy version of this phone and its great. The only issue i have is that it doesn't have bluetooth! And i think you can plug it into the computer but you have to buy the usb cord seperatly. I am gonna go nag my dad to take me out so i can buy i cord for mine now! lol

my friend has this phone and im gettin it, ive looked it up and it says that it comes with usb but when my friend got his he didnt get any usb. does it have one or not?

dont be deceived by its looks! looks really sexy but lacks what i need! it has no alarm and
sent messages folder.. truly a no-no for shoppers looking for functional phone!

For Australians: My Virgin prepaid sim works with this phone (the packaging says it's locked to Boost).
The following comments compare the Samsung c520 with the Nokia 8210 (which I've used for 10 years)
Pros:
- lightweight,
- simple phone,
- easy to navigate,
- T9 sms,
- battery life seems decent
- easy to turn phone to completely silent
Cons (very nit-picky things):
- Doesn't come with a standard ring tone (all are random melodies),
- no display outside the phone so you have to flick it open to see if you have a missed call / msg,
- no way to lock the keypad (that I know of at least), which means the screen lights up in your pocket/bag whenever the external volume keys are pressed
- no profiles (for ring tones)
- can't have the phone ring and vibrate constantly
- can't seem to change the view on the phonebook
Overall I'm happy with this phone for it's AU$79 pricetag. The cons are all really minor issues (and mostly about the ring tones and other features that I'm used to with a Nokia).

I have a c520. Itīs a cool looking small, light in weight phone. Have no complaints.
Itīs got everything I need. Besides what is a phone for? In the old time they where used for the right stuff. phoning and sending SMS. Nowadays cellphones are full of functions.
Some are so complicated that a person does not even know how to touch it. But Like I say this one is a Simple good looking easy to use & small cellphone. Thanx to Samsung.

ok lets talk i had this phone when i was three last time i used to throw it all over and bite it and until now i am 15 yrs old, its still working ! good fone recomend it to all crazy babies . if adults buy they should lick it because it has a strawberry flavour !! its so COOL .
