The phone is easy to use. It has dual sim standby which is better than other mobiles which are China made and various Indian companies just put their sticker on it to sell them here in India. These mobile companies dont have dual standby so when your call is in progress on one sim and a person calls you on your other sim, he will get a not reachable or out of coverage

On 3 September 2010, I purchased a Samsung C5212 mobile phone. I have always had Motorola phones in the past. However, I heard that Samsung makes great phones. The C5212 also allows for two SIM cards. Because it was the first time I purchased a Samsung phone, I did a lot of research to choose the right one. After charging it, I spent a great deal of time getting my contacts into the phonebook. I also loaded some of my favorite MP3s and other ringtones via Bluetooth from my old phone. I was happy with the C5212 and even began suggesting to some friends that they should get one.
My first problem occurred when I tried to find Samsung software to sync my phone with my computer. After several Google searches, I discovered Samsung New PC Studio. I downloaded it and installed it. However, it would not launch. It would try to launch but after about 10 minutes it would abort. I tried to uninstall it, but I could not do that, either. I then found Samsung PC Studio 3. This installed and launched just fine on my Vista computer. However, when I plug in the USB cable from my C5212, the program does not recognize that the phone is plugged in. I suspect that it is a driver issue, but I cannot find a C5212 driver online.
The second and most serious problem that I encountered happened only 5 days after I purchased the phone. I turned the phone on in the morning when I got up and slipped it into my pocket on my way out the door. About 2 hours later, when I wanted to make a call, the phone was off. I tried but I could not get it to turn on. As I write this, I am no closer to getting my phone to start than I was two days ago. My contacts cannot be accessed. So far, I am not impressed with Samsung.
Does anyone know how I can reset and restart my phone? Does anyone know what software will allow me to synchronize my phone and computer? Does anyone know how I can connect with an actual Samsung customer service representative?
