Where do you live? Because in Australia it with Telstra, though i think that within a few months they will stop selling it, now that they have the F480t on the pre-paid shelf (yes its a pre-paid handset) Al

How do I leave (busy) voice message, for when people call me and I am busy? also have tried to log onto telecom/befree site in NZ but can't get cover off to view battery number.
