Because in Australia it with Telstra, though i think that within a few months they will stop selling it, now that they have the F480t on the pre-paid shelf (yes its a pre-paid handset)

All research said has vibrating feature, but I have found, only when on silent. So if its on, its either ringtone, or silent/vibrate, no just silent feature. If I am wrong, please help me! I want silent AND vibrate AND normal ring. So I can't have on silent (as vibrating makes a noise)

My phone has a R in the top right hand corner next to the volume symbol. i cannot ring receive calls txt or receive txts and it comes up with emergency calls only how do i change this. i have also tried to reset the fone but still does not work

How do I leave (busy) voice message, for when people call me and I am busy? also have tried to log onto telecom/befree site in NZ but can't get cover off to view battery number.

This is a very comprehensive unit that is clearly very good. It has a an excellent camera and a wide range of functions.Access to various functions is more complex than other models.I have found that the instruction booklet is woefully inadequate and does not explain all its many functions at all well. I have had particular difficulty with downloading photos on to my computer, something I still have not mastered.
Overall a very useful unit that does require some training and practice.
