Phone is great. Stylish, easy to use - no real quarms so far. However, when I transfer my viseo clips onto my computer, I can't seem to play them. I've tried to open them with a number of different programs, and the only one that comes close to working is Windows Media Player. But it skips and jumps all over the place. Does anyone know what program I should use to play my video clips?

I need my phone to keep the sent items where can I get that function, I was expecting to get it on outbox?

For laura: To put it on mute aka Quiet Mode, you have to press for about one second key #. You have to configure the Quiet mode in the menu on how to respond (vibration, none, etc) To exit Quiet Mode, press again key #

when closed the lights at the bottom of the phone stay on even when the phone is switched off as soon as the battery is replaced the lights come on without switchin the phone on this has only just hapend anybody no why? cheers

you plug the usb cable in the back of you computer monitor where you might plug a wireless internet thing or digital camera cable! hope it helps!

i have this phone the sliders fine and i luv it the only problem ive ennconntered has been how to put it on mute! if anyone can tell me please post full instructions! bluetooth is easy to use on this phone you can just except from someone when they try to send or you can use a usb. if u wanna send by bluetooth then just click the item you want to send press send then via bluetooth choose the phone you wanna send too from list and up up and away it also has infered but thats crap! please mute? its been taken off of me twice for going off in school (i do forget to turn it off but i cud just keep it on mute and check for texts!) please please pleas laura xoxo

had this phone for 11mths and has been a good phone till the screen reversed itself. have taken back to my telco and they are fixing it now. do the samsungs have a problem with their phones???

i am using D-500 last 6th month this set is very good but its my mistake i download some songs with virus scan after that my moble become held (hang) but only that time when i push directly calling button. if any mody have a solution plz tell me my e-mail address is malikjunaidalam@gmail.com or

Please can someone tell me how to get rid of the CB(200) that has currentley displayed on front screen. I am not sure how it got their and am not sure how to get rid of it.

and Josh,

samsung brang out tha D510 same fone as the d500 wit a memory card slot thou.

but a bit harder to find in the market.

this is one of the handy mobiles that i have used and also that i have seen , but only one drawback is that it does not have extendable memory
