Have been using this phone for nearly 5 yrs now and dont remember the number of times it must have fallen down or the number of times it got wet.. Still is running perfectly with each and every feature and part in perfect working order. I dont think a phone to match this ones durability was ever made. As a matter of fact if I get a new one I will buy it imediately..

best phone ever made.. at the time it came out there was no other phone that had nearlyas much features and many still dont

ive used a d500 for 5years, my two kiddies have twrown it around on tiles and i have never once had a problem.
electronical items can let you down at any time but i aint complaining.

The phone is on mute with u, press and hold the hash key, that will put the volume on for u then!!! ;)

This phone has like a speaker on the screen with a line thru it so , im thinking its on mute ? how do you get it off? any ideas ? thanks x

my dekstop does not show whole wallpaper but also desplays some menue like calls, messages, etc , how to get complete wallpaper on screen??

i left it for 24hrs drying then tried it - nothing doing - went out for the evening and when i got back it was working again :) still going strong now - great phone

i have been using my d500 for 5 years,didnt have any trouble at all,i've accidently touched it with water on my hands and fallen many times. really really good phone, still using it.

ive had mine for 2 years, and only lately its no good. half the buttons dont work, but the camera is still fine.

its a nice phone but once it starts giving u problems u wont like it.I've got one & the camera jus stopped working,cant get it fixed

i had one and the screen was blank when i tried to open the slide, and also its always restart itself

terrible waste of money, looks the part but once it starts giving trouble "bin it" my screen went blank,graphics and logo used to freeze regularly , always had to remove battery to try to restart(pain in de rear) on a scale of 1 to 10 afraid it would be in the minus region!!!! rep of ire former samsung customer!! thank you.

i had one but the quality of the graphics deteriorated immensly after bout 12 months very very disappointed with it to be honest!!!!! may be a monday morn or friday evening produced phone!!!! bought tocco recently and well impressed samsung!!!
