The phone is stuffed up
the battery cant run for long
you have to charge it like every second day
and it can't vibrate
it can only vibrate then melody
or just vibration
which sucks you can't have them both together
the camera sucks too

mi dad bought it in 2005, and ive had it 4 ages, and it is INDISTRUCTIBLE! i DONT ACTUALLY CARE IF PPL step on it because it will not BREAK! lol

Been having this phone for 3yrs now gave me problem with battery within a year had to buy another battery.But now it's fine what I want to know is how to send emails from it.

it's a very good phone but mine is not functioning right now do yo know what's the problem when it wont start or open. It hangs on the first screen when you open it tnx

I've had this phone ever since it came out and it's surviving it's countless drops very well. The best phone that I've had so far. Although one button (the up one) is failing and the pic quality isn't tops (but is reasonable).

I've had this phone since the day it came out, I must admit it is the BEST phone I have ever had, its outlived many of my other phones, including K750i, N73. I usually carry two phones, one for multimedia, pictures etc and one for phoning and txting (the grafting phone) and its the D500 that i've used and its never once let me down, been droped, soaked and smaked yet it still works as new, in my opinion it is one of the greatest phones made

I love this phone had it for about two years and it has never failed me, threw it down repeatedly and it still works well. The only problem is the quality of the camera pics. Other than that it is a great phone

I have used this phone for two years. I loved it. The only bad thing about this phone is its camera. The pictures arenot good at all.

Good features, but two drawbacks for me. Camera quality is poor and keys poorly laid out. Battery life good, excellant music with external plug in speaker. Also another problem is the converter function---only converts to US gallons and US miles etc not UK Imperial units. Since this is sold in UK why can they not get British units not US??

ive had dis phn 4 a yr now n im realy satisfied wid it.but it has sum drawbacks-
1.no zoom in sxga(1280*1024) n mega(1152*864) camera modes.
2.no fm radio(howevr,at that time few mobiles had fm).
3.no xpandable memory.
4.screensaver circuits r visible on da screen on light colored background.
othrwis its surely 1 of da best mobiles in da world.i recommend it 4 evry1.

right.. my phone is third hand
heres my loonnngggg list of faults
camera no longer works
he 'up' button no londer works
the 'right' button no longer works
the bluetooth has gone
the infared has broken
CRAP memory
the slide spring has gone
the screen is badly scratched
if your planning on getting this fone i would reconsider..its s**t

in my 40 years of life i have used only SAMSUNG phones and more than 50 of them but my D500 has been the best, thank you samsung
