it's a good phone actually with the clarity of sound when u put the external speaker. The best music phone next to the W SE!

This is the best handset that has ever been released. i have never had one single problem with it. i have dropped it a million times and it still lives. LOVE IT!! samsung need to bring out another d500 the same size and everything!!!

ive had this fone over a year n its still brill exept for the bluetooth n inet that i broke completly myself!never had a single prob wiv it. not1.

best fone i ever had until i dropped it n broke the bluetooth and internet signal thingy! but part from that brill, brill memory, brill speed, brill sound, brill batry.wish i hadnt broke it!

if there is a problem with conecting bluetooth,you must pres YES,when the phone conecting BT.this is the mirracle witch help me!!!

The phone design is really attractive. But there are a few known issues with this phone. LCD screen will flip upside down sometime, and PC Studio 3 that comes with the phone doesn't really work(it's true, do a google search). Also the battery will only last about 1 hour of talk time. I've two batteries, both of them will only last about 1 hour of talk time.

hi ppl ive recently baught a d500 off ebay as ive always wanted one since they came out think they r great, only problem is when i try my bluetooth it comes up with an error message and other pp cant find my phone on bluetooth same goes for my infared can anyone help be really greatefull

this mobile is amazing. i got given it second hand and has it for a year and the previous owner had t for 2 years and it was excellent.
-suberb sound
-you can also get a speaker which makes it very load!
-camera is ok,2 mp would be better but it was good
-if you are looking for a phone with good memerory dont hesitate with this phone because it doesnt have a memory card because the memory is suprisingly large. i coulg holdover 100 pictures, about 20 vidios and i managed 21 songs once! average amount is about 15-20 though.
-battery is also very good
i would definatly reccomend this phone you will seriously be missing out otherwise!!!

i jus got this phone not its an ok phone but i wanted something with alot more features but money was kinda tite. This is a good phone for the cost.However i have a problem downloaded anything from my pc to the phone wen using the usb cable i always get this msg USB Device No Recognized does any one else have this problem it is driving me nuts!!! please help me i suspect i have 2 get the driver for it to work but i cant seem to find it nowhere on the net SOS!!!

i've had my fare share of phones
but this is "the phone"..g.u.i interface excellent. sound quality wonderfull, oh storage superb. there is just one flaw it tends to be a bit slow some times.

i have had this phone over 2 years, features are good the sturdyness of the casing is excellent as you are likely to drop mobiles unfortuantely it is rather slow when i want to cancel a call it wont always stop the call so i have to press the coloured button and close the slider to reinforce the command.
i absolutely hate the software they used for the phone nokia is way better than this.
on the whole a good alround phone but with a couple of issues, but i'm looking to upgrade now.
