its really a lovely phone could do with a bit more features but the greatest thing samsung needs to improve with this one is the battery quality could you please do that for me samsung

Mine just died, the battery is awful. The screen is white now and I see others have this problem. It was awesome when it worked - agree with others however -
1 - Needs SD memory card
2 - should vibrate and ring at same time
3 - OS a wee bit slow

alright, firstly if ur keypad tone is stuck on that annoying beep and u cant change it, go inot ur display setting and alter ur dialling display to normal, for some reason that unlocks the keypad tone and u can turn it off. but mine for some reason doesnt change the sound of the beep anyway, it just stays as the beep sound, kinda annoying. also, when someone rings you and it starts off quiet then gets louder, dont be afraid its meant to do that, some stuff samsung made to protect ur ears if u answer it right away or some crap. overall good phone but mine jsut died after 7 months.the screen is just white. hopefully warranty will cover that. later people.

generally good but when charging the battery, the main display light is always on ,thats make full charge takes long time .

I got this phone a month ago and i just love it! It has great features and easy to use but the only problem was converting mpeg into an mp4 file on my phone can anyone help??

Love the phone, but still have 2 complaints.
1- Memory way too limited, i expected alot more memory in a phone like this
2- Texts tone are too limited. Should be able to use music tones etc as text tones too.

Great phone, no problems at all....BUT my 'C' (cancel) button has got stuck..not totally stuck, but seems to be sticking slightley when i press it, does anyone know how i can perhaps get the top key pad off, so i can give it a clean underneath?? I've tried so many phone shops, and they seem to know nothing. please help!!!

umm Im trying to put videos on my phone, its there and everything but when I go to play the file it comes up saying unsupported media, and Ive made sure its mp4. if anyone has an idea could they please send me a suggestion that would be great. thanks
