Hello I recently purchased a d600 and im so pleased with it paid £70 unlocked only problem Im having is ive bought a cd that is full of ringtones etc but Ive been told the disc is useless as I could not install the orignal Samsung disc that came with the phone as my operating system is too old so I bought a bluetooth adapter so how do I transfer the tones etc off the cd to the bluettoth adapter then to my phone Id be greatful for a reply and il send you a copy of this disc which allows you to convert clips from your tv to your phone AND TO THE PERSON THAT SAID RECEPTION IS CRAP ON THE D600 TRY CHANGING YOUR NETWORK or possibly your phone is faulty as live in a very built up area and right at the bottom of a hill in the middle of no where and I still get full service..

just got this for my son fro carphone warehouse on line.......should i have got headphones with it? dont want to waste hours waiting on a phone to be told NO. cheers in advance

For those people with battery problems try this................charge for 12-14 hours.......then let it go totally dead...........then recharge again 12-14 hours ............repeat these steps 3 times.
My D600 gets about 5 days on standby and 3 hours talk time. Of course if you have bluetooth on or use MP3 player constantly that times drops.

kN5L i have the same problem . I bought new battery, but it doesnt help me, i changed my charger , but efect is the same. Stand by about 6 - 7 hours and talk time about 3 hours... Who knows what to do?

i loveee this phone BEFORE, i would rather get that d900 now or a e900.
this got good features but the design doesnt look slick like the need phones sumsung has now, wish i waited a little longer =[

The battery life is about 6hrs standby and 3hrs talk time. Does anybody know why this could be, I have tried 4 different batteries.

I have this phone for 2 weeks and sold out to my friend at half price. coz it has some bugs.
a) No option to directly store photos or video to memory card, you have to first store to phone then copy to memory card.
b)If no memory card inserted, data stored in phone can not be read with computer as mass storage, its only read the card, not the phone.
c) When you copy pics from phone to card photo folder more than one time, its problem, its creat same file name and can not copy unless you rename each foto or creat a new folder
d) Camera starting takes few seconds to warm up, so you can not take fotos in case of sudden events. you have to wait for while, by then event might not available any more.
these are very serious bugs.
all other feature are prety good

The phone is great. I have it for a week now, and I can say that is the best phone I had so far. You can connect it to your Notebook via bluetooth or USB cable and edit everything like Contact List, etc, upload/download files. The photo camera is very good for a phone camera, and it allows some fine tunnings.

Nice phone. Excellent display, Great sound at mp3-player... quality pics, not so good as k750i(no autofocus ...big minus, but still good pics). Good bluetooth, rezonable battery. Very good calls quality. Strange games upload...
I give this phone an 8.5

does anyone know why you cannot download any videos from orange world on this phone? I can download videos from my pc and put them on my phone and they playback perfectly but whenever i try to download a video from orange world (thats any video) it says unsupported content type?

this phone is just the best iv had this d6 for 6months now with no problems at all n made it as my mp3 player n picture profile. it can transfer things from phone-phone computer-phone pretty fast :):) im lovin it

Oh, it's amazing! i'v had it for 2 months now. if u face an unsupported format with video after transferring your PC video files, try copying your favorite PC video to phone's OTHER FILES folder first; then, move them to video folders. hope this helps.

Hi Does anyone else have this problem?
I have added a video to a contact so when they call the video comes on but it is only the video picture there is no sound from the video just the normal ringtone i have set for any calls. However my friend has the S400 and that plays the video with it's sound yet is not as comprehensive a phone as the D600. Can anyone help with this?

i agree with Teddy.sound quality is too good.Teddy,what about the picture quality.Is it better than D500?Im also trying to by the D600. It rocks.......

This phone is CRAZY!!!
Its MP3 sound quality is much better than
my IPOD!!!
I strongly recommend this phone to those who wants mp3 phone.
But file transperring is really slow so you should buy MicroSD card with USB card reader so you can put the data faster.
Anyways, I am so surprised about its quality of the music!
