i have been using this phone since 2009 and to be honest, i just find myself stuck on it. i bought an Omnia i900 in 2010 but have never used it coz i find this d780 hard to leave. i enjoy the simple but realible functionality. still using original battery and still going strong.

it's a good type , Easy ,strong ,in addition has recording for calls.

but sometimes it's restart it software without reason why i did not know that.

Hi.
I am frm Delhi & i m using this mobile since Nov 2008, and still enjoying it & still using the 1st battery with an average usage good camera with nice functions its very nice & decent mob with the latest functions of its time its very strong, but on negative side this mob has only 1.8GB supportable & net is very slow..
I would love to buy it again with some changes.

Hi, I'm using this phone for 3 years now, and I'm very glad that I have found it...It's the best ever...Ok, now days the touch screen and different type of application's are in the top, but if you want a good reliable simple phone that can take 2 sim cards, you have found it...The only week point is the battery...it lasts for around 36 hours, but if you need to talk a lot, that maybe 12-24 hours...this is my only concern...I need to charge it every day...but except this is very good...cheers all!

i downlaod many dictionnary but this device couldn't read them, except one dictionnary, but it's stupid very very poor one, could you guys give me some links to downlaod a special one for my friend's device which is D780 ???? soon please.

sir,i am using this for last one year.i would like to replace the battery.the phone getting more heat.whats the problem.i cannot get connected with the second sim.sim register setting ok.operater msg receiving ok.what is the battery number,price of original battery.the phone is superb and fine.if it relaunched in the market their will be good selling target.

Can anyone help me to get the details about the dimensions of the D780 battery (Model - AB474350BU & Rating - 1200mAh),

As i want to use the Samsung D780 battery in Samsung C5212 mobile.. If it matches i can buy & use it in Samsung C5212..

I have been using Samsung D780 for about one and a half years now, it is a wonderful phone, fell in a bucket of water last year, i dried it and it has never had any problem, it is a very strong phone and i would recommend it to everybody.

I have so far been using SAMSUNG D-780 FOR one and a half years now, the phone to me i can say is superb. I like the design - unique, features - well set, music player sound - good quality output, internet - efficient, camera - on good positioning it gives a good shot, HEY EVERYONE GO TO THE SHOP AND ONLY THINK OF SAMSUNG D -780, and by the way to the Samsung Company - NOW PRODUCE A NEWER SAMSUNG D780 ANDROID PHONE, THIS WOULD BE A GREAT STEP AHEAD ON YOUR SIDE... see you
