d870 is just samsug d900 except its triband and has edge. d600 had an edge version called d600e and now the d900 has an edge version d870

I think that this mobile phone is D900 not D870 because I have that phone and I think that you made a mistake.

is this the correct picture for this phone? cuz i was lookin to buy this phone and in the other pictures i saw on almost all the other sites, this phone looked like an exact replica of the D800. Thats the phone i want to buy... this one looks ok but i like the look of the 800 more so i was hopin they looked the same.

why are you guys soo up tight about having a Fm radio on your phone...radio is that great you know...and besides everyone has a ipod or mp3 player now so theres no need for a radio on your phone

the only difference is network d900 support quad band. d870 support tri band

If you live in Canada, then you'd want the D900. The D900 has GSM 850, and the D870 doesn't. GSM 850 is one of the biggest requirements to getting good reception in Canada.

D870 is a good phone but samsung should have to include FM radio and if possible wifi.Sound quality is good and the good thing it has T.V. Output.I love this phone.
But if we compare this phone with Nokia N80.
This phone has a better sliding machanisim than N80 less weight and slim.wide screen.just need to built a radio inside than this will be the best seller mobile in the region.
