This is how I installed Opera Mini ver 4.1 on my D880 three months ago
Access the browser and select Enter URL
Type in http://mini.opera.com/
Select open to run
You will be taken to the Opera Mini 4.1 site where you can download the file of your choice. The downloaded file of size about 184kB can then be accessed using the path on your phone Applications/Javaworld

i've been toying with the capabilities for a few days now..i'd say it's not too bad, functionaly (altho i use the slave sim for sms receipt only). one BIG thing tho, is the mp3 function: 4 playlists with max 30 songs each..and i've almost 2gb worth of songs! that's really a bummer..and last thing..maybe it's just me..but my primary sim is supposed to show 400 contacts..of which some i don't see even if i set my setting to view ALL! am i missing any setup or config here?

would appreciate your tips, guys!

My D880 does not support some photos downloaded from computer! What format or size should they be to be viewed from the phone? or does it need a special software to do it?

It doesnt works at the same time with both sims. U will have only one sim ready for outgoing calls and the other sim only for recieving but not in the same time never.
