A lot of people complaining about not being able to save sent messages. That's because they didn't select "Save and Send", but "Send Only". Go figure.

It's a nice sleek phone, suits me very well. The option for keypad tones can only be accessed if you've changed a certain default setting, not otherwise there's the button on the side.

the only problem I found was that the manual isn't that helpful, I just learnt to use the phone myself in the space of a day.

This new Samsung is great! a little speculation about the materials used though...heres an explanation of it though:
I asked some guy at Samsung and they said that the plastic they used was a very high quality soft type of plastic. This type of plastic is very light weight and thin. Some people say it is "cheap" that is not true its got a nice touch and design to it.

I managed to turn my keypad tones off. The silver button on the left hand side of the phone controls the keypad tones. I can't believe they couldn't help you with that!

Hope that helps!

This phone does not give you the option to turn off keypad tones !! I rang Samsung about it and all they could say was that it doesnt allow you to do so, despite the option being available in the menu (just greyed out). If this is the level of service we can expect from Samsung, don't bother buying one !

Anybody please.....

In D900, pressing and holding the up/down volume key on the left side of phone, in stand-by, will display a digital clock. Does this not work in D900-i? Another handicap like document viewer ? Anybody please reply.

all samsung phones are cheap and tacky, i just got a d900i as an UPgrade from my nok n70 on pay as you talk, and how unhappy can i be, the only 1 thing i like more on the samsung is the fact its faster than the Slll ooo oo w nokia and it has 3 mill as apposed to 2 mill pixels, apart from that the nokia is more sturdy, the wap and java on the n70 is far better, its easier to navigate , wont snap in half...

the samsung is feeble DONT buy one
