i had dis pone 4 10 months but d problem is the lcd ribbon is weak!! so dey change the flex, am totally disappointed bout dis... keypads are not good and also the cam.. i thought it was gud.. ;(

Weak LCD ribbon (might have been worn-out when sliding up and down). After a year, the display no longer works properly. LCD turns black most of the time.

Weak battery. When fully charged, it can only play almost 10-15 songs only.

Other than that, I love(d) this sleek phone.
Needs to switch back to Nokia for durability. ^_^

Ok phone, looks nice. Don't rate the call reception or battery life. The text dictionary (t9 option) is annoying - enter your own words in the dictionary that you use constantly and every now and again it doesn't recognise them - very annoying. Also have to delete whole word when texting if you've chosen the wrong one with the predictive text, don't have to do that with nokia. Would get a nokia again next time. Very slow camera response time from when you've pressed the button, most photos will come out blurry as your subject has moved by the time it's taken the photo!

you can turn on/off keypad tone by pressing the volume button from the left side of phone.

This fone worked just fine for the past 1 year and 10 months but last week it suddenly displayed "no service" - meaning no network signal. All other programs are functioning well. I've had it check with various techs including one service center but they can't fix it. Now, this is everything but a fone! I'm very dissapointed w/ Samsung. My family have 2 Nokia fones and 1 SE that are more than 3 years old and still functional. I will be not be buying any Samsung fones in future but will be replacing my unit with a
SE or Nokia fone.

My Phone I have it for almost 2years now and to my understanding is that its suppoe to keep but my phone just goes blank i can't see who is phoning me or anything riht now this fone is hopeless i cannot send messages can't phone cause i don't know know who i'm phoning
