the phone is a good phone, but i have problem with the torch screen, it does not work perfectly, items it display blank, and i have not use it more than 2month.

touch-screen problems - after 10 months of very moderate usage of the phone, from other posts I can see that this is a common problem. I hope the new one will work longer.
Otherwise no particular comments.

i have bought one 10 moth ago, after 6 moth the touch screen stop working, i went to the dealer, he said that the warranty doesnt cover the touch screen
i paid around 55 us $ for it, and now the new one is stop working again.

D980 user here, Touch screen also broke after 11months, had it repaired by the service center under warranty.
Would've been a great phone if it wasn't for the slow interface and touch screen issue. 7/10 for me :)

It doesn't support Persian (Farsi) language. it really bothers me. I have searched to find any application to download to resolve this issue, but no luck.

I agree with the first comment. The touch screen failed after four month on use. I bought it in "duty free shop and the dealer refused to take my complaint. I had to buy another set as I could no longer use this one.
I would appreciate if someone from Samsung advices me on how to get help. My email address is theomul@aol.com.

I just have one Question, Does that phone read the PDF format? .. It's written that it has gotten a "document viewer" .. does that include PDFs ??
