I also found it frustrating that the back wouldn't come off. To open the back, use a piece of rubber for extra grip- but the rubber on the back cover and push down and off the back cover. Just try hard and it will come off if you can grip it well enough

I don remember the original password but i think it was 0000 or 00000000 (4 or 8 zeroes) (NOT SURE). It is written on the phone manual that comes along with the phone.

Excellent phone. Using since 2 years without a problem. Voice quality is a bit loud compared to other phones, but other than that no other complain. Value for money.

If it looses range, it takes quite sometime to regain the network. also if u try calling immediately consecutively without much timespan between two calls, it looses network.
Rest all is fantastic. Value for money phone!!!

The phone is a good buy and value for money. One technical fault that i came across was that sometimes it looses network and it doesn't catch is back for almost a minute in areas where there is no network problem.

there is no fm radio for this phone as given in the specifications but it is a very good phone with good battery life.i have been using it for an year
