I am from India Just yesterday I got my Samsung E1310 It is really cute and cheap... I purchased this because I wanted a folding phone with not much features . But I am not getting blue tooth But FM is available ... Can any one answer me WHY?

I brought one in China, no Bluetooth.. Please advise if anyone knows how to get the MP3 ringtones.. as I tried to connect the USB cable but it's not showing the Mass Storage.
