Dear Tino, Well i had this same problem. wat u do is turn it backwards.then with the help of ur thumbs try sliding it out by pressing it upwards.u can keep it on soft sitting like on ur sofa or cushion.push it with lil pressure.once cover is remove...

How the hell are you meant to get into the sim card. My mate has this phone but cant get the back cover off. Any hints?
