this phone is really great!... i dont experienced any battery shortage as most of the post staed in here.. this is because i never did an initial charging for six hours, cause as my friend told me, tyhat new samsung phones must not be charged initially anynmore... but now as i did it... once fully charged i cut it off.. i can listen to music in the whole night, without any dtaching the headset... and this phone is cool,... yet there is this thing that the volume of the messgae alert is too low... but dont care... as long as i do have this unique phone.. heheh.. am satisfied of it!

Alrighty...I really need to know this.
Uhhmmmm is this phone dual band or triband?
Is it good or is it actually bad?
Coz im plannin on buyin this phone.

the pic was upside down because ou missed and hit the volume button.
Go into the camera settings and click the increasing volume button and it will change the direction of the image. :)

i bought the 4one 1month ago and i dont have any problems with the battery but my problem is
with the volume how can i increase it ??? tell me plz and what is the problem with the battery?

I purchased the phone two days ago and so far so good. Been reading what every has commented and i think that battery life is a problem with most samsung phones, I had the samsung x820 and the battery was terrible. But I am enjoying my phone so far, any tips on how to increase the phone volume?????

I have had the phone for about two months now, the features are all great except for the battery life. I only listen to the radio for a little while then the battery is flat. But it wasn't a waste of my money, it's all worth the money I spend. I just wish that the battery life was better.

I bought one sometime may, when I took my first picture, I was like, its not that good, and the battery life is soooo bad!... I just love its design and color, its formal and cool. hey, if you experience upside down on your phones pic, just click the side part of your fone.. at the left side I think. :)

I bought this 4ne on may 12th and i havent had any problems with it but it is weird about the USB and connecting 4nw 2 comp cse it dusnt have a USB. can any1 tell me how much they are (£) and where u get them from Reply quick, cheers

I bought it yesterday charged it overnight and used it frequently today. It's great and works well but after that one day of use the battery is quite low . . .

well, if u go on mxit or listen to music, den ya, the battery wont last u long...also make sure ur blutooth aint on..oh ya, and don't leave it charging throughout the nite, take it out when it sayz fully charged, otherwise u can daage the cell, which can mke the battery die quicker...

hi all.
i have purchased this phone it is a good one except the battery life is poor...and i am unable to download anything frm my pc to the phone i have downloaded the software and connected the usb cable but still it is not allowing me to download anything pls tell me ...
and the speaker volume is too low ...

I had bought this mobile a month back... Everything is fine except for the battery life..... It hardly works for 12 hours after which you need to charge again....

I recently bought E250. First I will list Something postivie about this mobile

Have Mp3 player/FM Radio/slim beautiful look.
support for Mini SD card

Negative about this model

a )Battery life is very very poor. The problem which is applicable to every samsung mobile.
Once charged fully may last for 1 day.

b) The port provided for charging is common for FM Radio. So you cannot listen radio while you charge your mobile.

c) Voice is very poor. sometimes I have missed some calls due to its poor audibility.


Overall, I will not recommend this model due to its poor battery. because it is one of the important feature you have to look for while purchasing a mobile. Earlier I was having Nokia 6610 which gave battery time of 2 1/2 days.


I don't why samsung is not doing anything in this area(i.e improving the battery)

Well, I just bought my E250. Features are good for a not so expensive phone yet to answer your question - the bluetooth headset doesnt come for free, it is bought seperately around $50 at most.

ok i have it for sometime...

the reason i didnt go for a high end phone with high end camerais that i have a 5mp canon camera and an ipod nano

which would have become useless if u bought a real high endphone.

so i settled for this one.

pros- got all features, but of low quality.

cons - the fm does not work without earphones inserted. u cannot use fm while charging as they have a common point.
listening to fm on speakers drains the battery real fast.
amazingly, speakers are loud for Fm, but u have to insert the earhphone, but u can hear the mp3s on the speakers without inserting the earphone. but the speakers have almost no sound with mp3s. very low volume speakers.

speakers are of too low volume. u cant hear the mp3's on speaker. u HAVE to use earphones.
also music player quality cannot be compared to ipod at all. no deep bass etc.

if u use mp3 ringtones from stored mp3s, the ring is hardly audible from speakers...

ring tone is very feeble and not loud.

the display is very average. nothing sharp about it.
same for the camera and video recorder. it is only 0.3mp!!!!


all in all if u want a midlevel phone with midlevel pricing with all features in it, it is ok, with lot of compromises.

but if u want quality features as mentioned above, and u are prepared to pay 50% or 100% more, then this phone is not for u.

i got this only because otherwise my camera and ipod wud have become redundant.

i use it just a decent looking phone with the features as a bonus...
