where i can find sound setting of E2510?
i want to remove keypad tone and set my message ringtone to a new one?

I hv seen in specfication there is no vedio bt if u see in function hv vedio recording.

hey guys please help

i only got my samsung yesterday worked great! until i charged it the next day because i was using it alot and stuff and since i charged it and turned it on it come up with insert sim ( which sim is already in there and ive tried to telstra sims ) and still doesnt work any help guys ?

Please let me know if we can use 8GB card, as the specifications says "microSD (TransFlash) up to 2GB", as i have just bought new phone and going to buy card soon.

meh it is an ok fone but i have owned nearly every major phone brand lets see ( sony ericsson W200i, my favourite phone ever i hav ehad, ZTE F850 bleugh, Samsung E250 not as bad as ZTE but left me with bad mmrs so i wont buy another samsung, nokia 6085 and now im rolling with a moto K1. motorola and nokia best but samsungs latest offering E2510 is excellent value most 59 dollar phones barely scrape a colur screen and camra and here is mp3 mem card bluetooth camera java for 59 dollars good value only thing its uglier then the devil himself.

I think Samsung E2510 is a good low end phone. I ready use this phone about 2 month and still oke.

This is a very well balanced phone.

First I would like to answer some previous reviewers.

1. you can desactivate automatic answering using:

Menu -> Settings -> 5 Application settings -> 1 Calling -> 1 Call history -> 2 Answering -> uncheck answer when unfolding phone.

2. you CAN run the music player in the background

start the player from the dedicated button -> start the melody you want -> then press the "back" button(from upper rigt side of the keyboard)

Samsung E2510 pros:
- low price for the features you get
- good sound quality on speaker and headphones
- memory card slot
- very good battery life. 7 days if used only for talking.
- excellent SAR value 0.17
- good FM radio
- nice keyboard

Samsung E2510 cons:
- poor VGA camera
- no data cable. I use a card reader to copy music to my phone memory card.
- you can only save 4 playlists. One playlist can have maximum 30 songs.
- no external display

This phone can play all java games. Just put them in a folder called "other files". You will search for the attached jad files and install them. It is very easy. The only problem is that it does not support jar files bigger than 300kb.

That's might be the reason why the phone has a maximum sar value of 0,33. I have no communication problems ever when the signal is not very strong. I don't know if this will affect talking to your phone where you live. I don't think so.

what's the reception like?
i have really bad reception where i live and i dont want to get the phone but not be able to use it.

I bought just yesterday this excellent phone. It's size and weight is great. It's design and ease of use is also great. It has many features (bluetooth, radio, mini sd slot etc) and it is fully customizable. The sound is very clean when speaking or listening to mp3. The keyboard is also very good, and the preloaded ringing tones are very modern and fresh! It looks very cool, you can disable answering on flip by deactivating this choice.
I would suggest it to anyone who does not want a great camera on his mobile,but looks for usability and great value for money.
