I specifically purchased the cable for photo and phone book transfers to my PC and now I have opened the packet I am out of pocket. i don't recommend this phone.
battery life lasts 1 1/2 day, phonebook hangs sometimes on T9 mode. The camera tone can't be turned off. N No Bluetooth (tho can be activated but still you wana to buy a phone that already has one, right???) No data cable (this one too~!!!)
I've been stuck with this phone for 2 years and never a moment i'm wanting to get rid of it as soon as I save up.
I'm getting the nokia 6300 this week.

the beeping sound might be on your "message tone" make sure the "repitition" is only "once"

LOL...i had this phone earlier and then my mother washed it in a washing machine...the point is that i got the new one and this one was pretty good in his time

I just got this phone, it is very much nice but One thing about it is that, it is beeping like that of the seconds minder, and i have checked all sound setting and it is still beeping please what do i do to get rid of the continous beeping

how can i send pictures using the infrared? because when i was sending to another phone with infrared also, it detects the other phone, but when sending it fails.please help. i already got many pictures on my phone. and dont know how to transfer them. thank you.

I've had this phone for about 2 months now and i'm loving every curve of it. I was never this satisfied by a phone this much. This phone is the perfect phone and only cost me $136 brand new. The only problem is the IR, other than that it is perfect. I don't plan to buy another phone as long as it is in working condition and good shape, and the next phone i plan to buy will also be a samsung and i will always use samsung. True that it doesn't have as many options as nokia, but its for the simple ppl who want to have a nice looking clamshell phone.

this phone is not to bad but not to good eitehr:P i think camera is pretty good...keypad layout...size of the internal n external screen is good n also good colour aswell...the only prob i hav wif it is the infrared!!!doesnt work.....n for the guy dat had a problem wif the fully charged battery only lasting 10-20mins...mine lasts for 2dayz fully charged still....wat u do is befor u go to sleep or a bit earlier...u start chargin....then in the morning if its fully charged...it had that extra charge in the night when u didnt see it had already been fully charged:P dats wat i alwayz do n it works....cyas!!! n plz right bak on this gsmarena page so i kan see if it worked..if u want:P cyas!!
