I'm in perth and have just been looking at it in the only two shops I'v been. telstra shop, and Harvey norman. from what I'v seen in the shop, the camera looks really good.

Im tossing up between the e310 and the sonyericsson t630 can any one help me out in which on is overall better??????????please??????

i have a siemens cx65 last weak now i have a sa-misug E310 and i can tel you that E310 have a design cool but the old siemens it's better for sure

Samsung SGH-E310 is the coolest fone,allows you to download and upload pics thro the IR port. Download EasyGPRS and go to file->setup and set the port to IRDA. Close and load again, with the phone IRDA port close to the laptop's IRDA port. You can now download images by clicking on Tool->Filemanager

the phone records for 30 seconds per clip... up to 5 clips are possible... just one question, can I record unlimited? I mean not just for 30 seconds but till the memory for recording drops? because 5 clips that's 30 seconds each is equivalent to 2 min and 30 sec. is it possible to record unlimited? do I download a something? where?

I really hate the disgusting lights that come on when the phone rings. Plus anyone know how to make the font smaller when I'm making a call? Numbers are too huge. Plus no snooze on the alarm.

Only thing I like about this phone is the cam. I've switched from Nokia to Sony Ericsson to Samsung. Not sure if it was the right move

I'm very much liked the phone and an inmportant tip u can work the cam while the phone is closed ..and i am asking from where can i download an other language that is not available on the phone originaly

Anyone help? I 'd like to know when I call to same persone 5 time and the number will show up 5 time in screen?because my phone all time when I can same person and how to set up ?

ok so this question goes around and remains unanswered... I'll try answer it for you guys...
so it's the E300 versus E310...
here it is...
THEY ARE THE SAME PHONE!!!
the difference? E300 is the original version and E310 is it operator version, also known as vodafone version...
so E310's being vodafone sounds great at first huh? well not really...
the software it uses is pretty lame... ugly... has got this 3-dimensional look in it... much like a drawing... lacking in style design and detail... it's menu sucks... unlike E300's menu... you'll find it cool, far more beautiful in style, color and design that vodafone. Besides Vodafone takes out a lot of fine features. This is bad unless of course you need vodafone... so if you want style... get E300... leave the vodafone E310 for those who need it.
I've heard however that Samsung will be releasing non-vodafone version of E310... well that's a whew!

Nati, to check time, don't open phone just press and hold volume key on the side and the front LCD will light up and if you download easygprs 2.1.8 from samsungmobile.com you can transfer your contacts on mass. As for another reader i have the E310 and the default text input in multi-tap not T9. Can't change default and samsung can't help. cheers

I've purchased the same phone just 2 days ago. It has indeed a lot of style, and the color screen and the camera is beautiful.
but there is a lack in its functions. e.g. you can not copy all contact from phone to sim, only 1 by 1. you can not keep the external screen on all the time (so you have to open the phone just for the time etc...)
I rather have the cheap camera-less Nokia 3120.

what is the difference between E310 to E600 ? Is the T9 always on ? Is this phone easy to use and izzit user-friendly ? ( i previously used nokia 6108 )Does it has chinese inputs ? Thanks for answering my questions .

It is indeed a good phone.It has a lot of style.What i ont like so much that the batery it lasts only 3 days(of course u can charge it anytime)...

what up, i want to buy the E310 but can't decide if it is a good phone i would be greatfull if someone would tell me the pro's and con's of this phone and if it is worth it, and problems that may have occured with this edition can some one help us thax cheers!!
