I agree with Dawn, I have had this phone for over 2 years and have dropped it sooooo many times I'm surprised it hasn't exploded into tiny pieces. It has also been bathed in JD and coke!!! Getting a signal is great (often better than a lot of the more expensive up-to-date phones). The only down point is not having blue tooth and it's almost impossible to find the cables to connect to your computer to download your piccies. That brings me to the camera - not too bad if you just want a bog standard print out, but if you want to mess about with them on something like Photoshop then they are not great. Having said all that I am still reluctant to update, but feel that time is getting closer as the battery will now only hold charge for a couple of days (rather than the 5-6 I was used to) with average use.

do not buy this phone..very bad..you keep on repairing and it cost not less than P2000.oo.had i known that samsung phone is of inferior quality i would have not buy this brand...please dont ever buy this phone

Ive had this phone 2 years adn its caused me no problems! dropped it soo many times and its still working fine!! it wakes me up every morning anyway ;)

well i bought this samsung a year and half ago and now the up,down and back buttons aren't working any suggestions? I'm going to buy a J600 is it better than the E350 opinions pls

Hah,i'm so lucky for this phone.I'd use it about more than 1 year till now and i doesn't give me any problem.But the camera is just VGA and sometimes the photos that i took wasn't look clear enough.

I would like to submit my grivence ,as my samsung mobile e 350 is not working . The problem is as follows:
1.My mobile is not showing any display,as the key pads are totally not working , but the mobile can be charged,
2. I have given my mobile in Samsung shop in Goa for repair, but they are also unable to repair the same.
3. Please tell me where i can repair the same
( In Goa)or can i replace the same .
4. Because of this i am unable to make any calls to any body and also cannot receive the calls, I am facing lot of hardship

The phone looks good but if I knew that there was a problem with keys functioning after a year of purchase I wouldn't have bought it. I already tried removing the battery but nothing. Any other ideas? Also when I bought it didn't realise it didn't have bluetooth I definitely wouldn't have bought it

this phone works quite well. but unfortunately it only lasts around 1 year and a half. first the buttons went and i got them arranged. after a week the screen went too. i wasted money in reparing it.now im looking for another 1. but dont know which one? :( any recommendations?

hello there, I would like to ask about this phone, I just got this phone from my dad
It was his for 2 years, and i use to have a nokia N-gage, but now I'm buy a samsung D900
Which one is better, this phone or the D900?
I think it should be the D900 coz it's way newer lol :p
but anyway, since I haven't use this phone much, I want to know how I could transfer files from my computer to the phone
I want to send pictures and stuff, but seeing that it don't have a memory card, I don't know how to do it
It says it has a USB, but where is it??
or are there any solution to send files from comp to the phone?

yea i had my samsung for about 1 year and a half and the buttons all stopped working so im getting a better phone buyt i HAD GOOD USE OUT OF IT !! XX

Eve..Yeah my e350 did that too where some of the buttons wernt functioning and then eventually all the buttons broke so i ditched it for the samsung e900 =] hehe

About the scraches ...on the display..u can try Displex..is a cheap solution ..a polish that realy work...

would you atleast read reviews of phones before you ask any questions..
No it doesnt have the memory card slot and the memory is 40MB shared memory if your tha kind of person who downloads lotsa stuff this eint for you baby,get something with like upto 1 or 2 GB memory card,you wunt regret that.

bought this phone like 5 months ago and its an ok phone the only problem is the memory and it dont got microsd card slot,no fm radio n no bluetooth that sucks..
n is it only me..wait scratch that am sure its not only me them top keys kinda stop workin unless you press real hard.n tha battery has to be charged everyday though you can get used to that..
atha than that the phone doesn't suck that much and to think i hated it at first it's kinda proved me alittle wrong either way i think al try out the Nokia 5300
for those who dont need much memory on there phones and dont really need a radio or bluetooth,then its great..the camera is of good quality and it has MP4 n MP3 which is really nice
