Very poor phone, it has put me off samsungs. The phone volume is too low, meaning I can only use it in quiet situations. The battery life is terrible I have to recharge every 2-3 days. The memopry is tight, I can only store around 50 photos and a couple of videos, and a couple of mp3s.

My comment is that this phone has no card slot...i can't even add more music and videos..but guys Sumsung E370 is good

This e370 im using is worse the a 3310 i had games bt nw i dnt if i try 2download it simply says memory full bt there r no games 2 run or delete this is geting out of hand

i love this phone but the fact that i cant upload anything from my pc to the phone is just horrific which just makes me wanna throw it in the rubbish bin

I'm using this phone for about 2 years now. The only problem I have is browser related and it started all of a sudden. If I try to use the browser two times in a row the phone freezes and U have to take out the battery and put it back again. Does anyone have the same problem? Is there a solution to it? Tried resetting to factory default, reconfiguring browser settings but nothing.

I loved using this little phone for 18 months of a 24 month contract and then it simply died totally. I suspect that the Samsung battery range tends to do this? Unfortunately I am in a different country from where my contract is so have to buy a new phone - won't buy another Samsung though. Had an older Samsung that lasted longer until the battery swelled up making that unusable as well.

i never had any problems with the phone as yet. very good battery life. mine, if fully charged, can last me a whole week before i charge it again. video qualty is not good at all.

bodmass007... the only problem is that you dony understand the e370... it can do all the things you requested...maby try and find some help...visit your nearest mtn shop 4help...regards...mtn sharon park...

The phone is very nice.i like its size.but the problem that i have with it is that you cant set the massage tone to be a true tone, and the battery doesn't last long and the video service is too poor.

E370 is a nice fone, but the problem I have with it, is that I cant play song and do other things like sending MMS,SMS...thats jst the problem I have and also the Issue of assigning ringtone for incoming messages. bodmas2077@yahoo.com.
But, it's a good fone.i advice everyone to try it. Nigeria

Had the E370 for about 2 years and still very happy with the specs. Nice and small in the hand and pocket. Video quality very poor but pics cool. Time to upgrade to a fone with better video spec. Will be keeping this though for reserve so no ya can't av it, haha.

guys samsung e370 is the best phone i have ever hold so nice very classic small all features u need i have sold my nokia n82 and i got it so much better for the size and for the speed

The phone is nyc and small bt the memory is to small,no sim slot nor a radio,and the battery power is weak plus the phones volume is also low

I love this phone, but the only problem that I have it to set a ringtone to incoming sms'e. My friends tried and couldn't fix it either. Please let me know how to do it.
