Not sure if there was an problem with the original batch of e390s. The ones currently availible in Ireland can definitely take a 1GB Micro SD card.

The phone can take a 4gb micro SD card.
There is only about 8mb shared memory on the phone which is pretty annoying.
When you take photos and video with it they are not automatically saved to the memory card so the internal memory fills pretty quick with pics and vids if you do not transfer them after every shoot. The resolution of both photos and videos is good. What i find most annoying is that 'sent' text msgs are not automatically saved. You have to choose the option for every text you send.
Apart from that everything is cool on the phone - just remember to transfer all media to the memory card....

Hi.
What is the maximum size memory card this phone can take?
Is it possible to sync with Outlook?
What is the resolution and format of the video?
Thanks.

Great phone, but can anyone tell me how to get rid of the annoying tone that advises you of missed call, even when on mute?

all the model samsungs glow while charging either switched on or off. it's not a bug or a problem with your handset.
it's a stupid feature from samsung. only they will be able to explain why the hell the phone's full screen glows while charging making the screen life shorter.

Can someone answer me about one thing. I bought this phone for my daughter 2 days ago and noticed that when the phone is charging the screen stays turned on (I mean it shines). The same even when the phone is switched off. Is this some bug? Or not? Do your phones do the same?
