my sis bought my phone in dubai but i have a problem coz my phone dont have a games then my sis told me she ddnt delete the games in my phone and also the phone memory is too short..even if my memory card is 1GB..please help me what i must supposed to do..thanks

I bought this phone 3 months ago the e496. Personally this is the second samsung I have ever owned, I never suggest them again. Yes the phone works fine no great problems with it and the pic quality is just fine. I bought this phone because it was cheap and had camera and bluetooth. The only problems with it is one it won't play music off the microsd card for ringtones, you have to move them to your phone memory to use them as ring tones. Second the bluetooth leaves much to be desired, everytime I hang up the call the phone freezes and I have to pop battery out to restart it. Other than those problems it's pretty basic but works fine.

Guys, I just got this phone, not really impressed. I copied my SIM to the phone and it switched the first name with the last name and I had to delete all and enter manually. Also, I am trying to activate the T9 for text messages but it only works with Arabic and not English. Does anyone know how to activate the English T9 except from the options settings. email me at ihabwilliam@hotmail.com

I just bought this model, my problem is the video playing time, is there any way can the playing time be set to unlimited? coz it plays only less than a min. then automatically stops from taking video..Samsung management can you please help me?

Hi,
I have bought a Samsung E490 Mobile from New Delhi in April-07. It works only 4 months. After that it auto off suddenly. I cannt paly music and even i cannt trace call log whenver it auto offs. I have to 10 or mor times switch on. I am completely unsatisfied. I had gone to Nehru Place Service centre and they took 3 days to solve the issue. Actually that is not resolved yet. the engineers are not able to find any problems. I cannt suggest anyone to buy a samsung phone.
