I've had this phone for a month now and only once it turned off while changing settings, but i guess i was pressing the keys one after another too quickly. Otherwise, i love it and i don't have problems with it.

I'm getting the Samsung E570 on Friday, but now I'm really worried about the fact that a few people have had the problem with the phone turning off then writing or receiving messages...Is it a typical problem with this phone? Will mine be doing the same...? Please email me.

i just bought this phone a few months ago. It has the same problem as Emz. It suddenly turns off and on whenever i receive sms.It gets so irritating when im typing a message and this happens.Another thing, whenever i receive an sms, the msg tone is incomplete. Even though this phone is nice looking and has many features, it is faulty. i regret buying it.

hi just got this phone sent my photos from my d900 and also my nokia n73 through bluetooth but there just coming up with a question mark on them any ideas anyone!! thanks lee.

I liked the style of the phone, that was one of the reasons i bought it.
I have had this phone about 3 months now and already it is slowing down. Whenever i am texting, half way through, it will decide to switch itself off, also when i recieve them or when i am changing phone settings. I have done everything possible to find out what it is but nothing happens and it is still doing it. To be honest the next possible oppitunity i am going to get a new phone. =D

smurf, you can save things directly to your memory card through a USB cable.
You connect the phone to your PC through that cable, but you would NOT be able to send stuff to memory card through PC studio 2. You just go to My Computer and the PC should have recognized the phone's memory card as "storage device". You go to "removable disc" and that's your memory card, you can copy stuff to it then. :)

Dulcie, yes, it has USB, but you need to buy a cable separately.
Laura, it has only White & Black theme unfortunately.
I got this phone a few days ago and it's great. The only irritating thing is that you cannot change the sms alert sound (only 4 options)
They told me it's compatible with up to 2 gb memory card, but they also said 2 gb is too much for that phone and if you fill the memory card up, it would start opening applications and stuff veeeery slow. I think 512 MB are enough, 1 gb at the most!

hey how do i save things to the memory card because all it says when i try sendin stuff is not enough memory but i got a 1 gig mem card ???

hey i just bought this phone yesterday and i really love it, i have the viola black, very sophisticated, though the only flaw is the message alert tone cannot be replaced by any downloaded tones, u can only use the default one which is limited to 4 only, but i really love it!!!!!

thinking of geting phone for my mom for christmas need to know can i exchange mp3's from my phone via bluetooth also when you reed a full page text message as you read it and need to go to next page dose it go to it fully or a line at a time as she got the samsung e530 and that dose that it is just she wants a mp3 and bluetooth phone with same features thanks....

to prawn: you can go to settings, sound settings, message tone, text message, , and under the ALERT TYPE, choose "off".
I bought this phone 10 days ago and its amazing :) i bought in blue, i love it :)

I bought this phone a couple of weeks ago, its a lovely phone and has many features on it, but does anyone know how to turn of the sound when a message has been sent, its driving me crazy and not very discreet when im in a quiet place. if anyone knows how to turn it off please e-mail me. thanks.

im thinking of buying this fone...but i wanted to know if it has the pink theme like the other samsung just like it, or wether it has a theme like the E900 where you can choose just white and black?

Marcos the E570 has been tested for memory cards and can take up to 2GB. Best to stick with San Disk memory cards though.
