Hi, does anyone know how to get CAPITAL letters when using the SMS? I can get Eng, eng, 123, T9 Eng and SYM (symbols) but I can't seem to toggle the all-capital letters. Thanks in advance :)

Store message cap.200 is OK for me. I don't need 1000 store capacity, cos I'm not a freelance salesman of a consumer product i.e beauty soap, perfumes or lipstic need to store messages of Inquiry from the prospective customer.

As stated before, I had trouble locating the apostrophe when not using predictive texting. Found it... it's buried deep in the symbols once the right soft key was pressed.
Since when was an apostrophe a 'special symbol'? Surely it should be right there with the full stop and the comma? Weird, and dissapointing.
Otherwise... it's a cool phone.

The phone is very interesting indeed! But for a weird reason, no html/wap page for SamsungFunClub, this phone is not listed. Not for games, not in 'My Phone' list. Why??

Download antivirus? for what? e590 is a java based os, there will be exactly zero virus, yes there is no virus thread for a java phone

I just bought the phone and it's so impressive...I hope I will not meet future problems with the phone...It's so perfect and not to tiny for my hands...great graphics...May I ask pls. somebody to tell me where i can download games for my phone...any wap site you can give????

i got samsung e-590 and messages can only be stored up to 200 and not 1,000 as posted in the review of this fon. it's disappointing but overall fon is so small, handy and features are very superb.

if you wanna find apostroph when you're typing message please click the RIGHT SOFTKEY until you find a bundle of SYMBOLS

This may sound pretty stupid, but I can't find the 'apostrophe' when texting - I'm guessing it should be on the '1' button, but after going through all the punctuation marks... I can't find it, anyone know what's going on?

I switched to this phone after four weeks of Samsung's U300 because that phone's keypad was just too difficult to get used to!
BUT... the samsung E590 is one nifty little phone! It fits in my pocket or bag super easily and is so light!
The buttons are a little small, but I like my accessories that way, so that's good.
The camera function is fantastic and really functions like a digital camera. It's user-friendly in that way, and has more than enough options for a snap-and-save person like me.
The sound is good, although I wish that it allowed me to use my Music files for the calender reminders and SMS messages. Anyone know how to do this? :)
While the joystick control takes a little getting used to (I keep selecting accidentally, instead of scrolling) it is, like all the keys, really touch-friendly.
I don't know about the slow speeds of reading from a separate card as I haven't needed the extra space. 90MB is more than enough! In fact, my wallpaper images alone (about 25 of them) only take up a mere MB!
Small grouses I have about the E590 are:
1. Can't use own music or sounds for calendar or Text Messages
2. Can't name playlists
3. Can't view video in full-screen
4. Slightly fiddly little joystick
But overall, this is one really neat phone. I thoroughly recommend it. :)
