i thought this phone was the bomb when i got time running across yeah the works i liked but..............the screen went blank,cant take any pictures and i thought it was because it fell from me but my mother got one shortly after and her screen is blank too,something is definately wrong.

i am using this phone for a year and three months, this e700 is not the phone i can boast of this is the worst samsung i have ever come across.the pone is full of problems from the key pad to the pannel

i have this phone 1 years.this is the worst Samsung phone evenmade.kamera stoped every month and i must go to servis.one day i will chrashed him.

this E700 samsung mobile is full of problems..first the camers stops working...and then the virbrate doesn't work...and fnally and amazingly...the keypad doesn't work if i switched my mobile phone on...i couldn't write my pin code....so this phone is useless to me.

Well a lot of u have the problem of white screen, i have a black screen problem. 2 days ago i opened the mobile and found the screen black. 1st i thought it was off but after restarting it same problem only the front LCD was working.So i switched it off hoping it would b fine after some time. but same problem till now. now i also have the white screen sometimes but remains black when i open da mobile. i tried 2 see if i da screen worked at any angle. i found out that it worked in 45-55 degree angle, sometimes normal and sometimes too bright. now i will have 2 give it 4 repairing as i have no warranty.it is goin to b costly and i will have 2 pay 4 it because my dad will kill me if he knows.

The phone has now decided to only give me the name of who is calling me OR the name of who is messaging me, depending on how I entered the number...ie if I entered the number as given to me, it goes to call option and I know if they call me, but only get the number if they text me. If I entered their number when I recieved a text, I continue to know when they texted me, but not if they call me: number only. now I need to carry everyone's numebr around in my head: v difficult. I have tried saving everyone to phone rather than SIM...same problem....any one else have this problem? Could nice person from Samsung give help? Thanks

i have this phone as well,and yes i too have the same problem!!but i still love this fone to bits,i've had it for 3 years now!and i want to keep it forever as a 2nd phone.none of the new fone quality is as good feel as this baby's!!

sorry bout that. the e700 is a good phone wen it came out but now is is ABSOLUTELY PONY!! all i could use it for is ringin because it's pony. basically it's PONY!! and thats that!!!

i have had the same problem as every one else exept mine has seemed to last longer...as this phone as been passed down 3 timesthrought my family i just recived it after losing my new phone...and has been working fine for about 4 months untill last week the screen went white and now the keypad doesnt work, its now just a useless...the onlything i can do is turn it on and off...is there any point in trying to fix it or should i just get a new phone...

we all have the same problem the display is giving me a headache!!!!!!!! ive change the flex for almost 5 times!! i hate dis Fone!!!

I fell in love from the time I saw the mobile in the shop. Got mad to buy, even though it cost me alot. During the first 12 months I had no problems with it, but after the camera and the screen started to give problems. It became white and I couldn't use it anymore, I was so annoyed! Now it's been over a year since I did not use it, but I'm missing it alot, and in the same time, it's not worth it arranging it. What a shame! Even friends I know who bought it had the same problems.

love the phone but the price is a tad on the high side. the infrared port is also prone to probs

Dispaly have replaced for few times, still having the same problem. Before this unit, I have a flip phone.....samsung too....also have the same problem on the display. Sumsung have to improve it.

lovely phone sounds great only problem is the cam is tempremetal anyone know how i would fix this please cause love the phone and has to be the best i have yet shame about the cam but its going to take alot for me to part with it

When i have an in coming call the ring only goes for 10 seconds. I would like to know how i can get it to ring for longer???? Please

had the phone for about 2 years, camera went recently and now the screen doesnt work at all, Its driving me mad, use cant use the phone at all. If anyone else had the same prob, what did you do???? did samsung replace it, iv got insurance on mine, so i hope they do.
