we all have the same problem the display is giving me a headache!!!!!!!! ive change the flex for almost 5 times!! i hate dis Fone!!!

I fell in love from the time I saw the mobile in the shop. Got mad to buy, even though it cost me alot. During the first 12 months I had no problems with it, but after the camera and the screen started to give problems. It became white and I couldn't use it anymore, I was so annoyed! Now it's been over a year since I did not use it, but I'm missing it alot, and in the same time, it's not worth it arranging it. What a shame! Even friends I know who bought it had the same problems.

love the phone but the price is a tad on the high side. the infrared port is also prone to probs

Dispaly have replaced for few times, still having the same problem. Before this unit, I have a flip phone.....samsung too....also have the same problem on the display. Sumsung have to improve it.

lovely phone sounds great only problem is the cam is tempremetal anyone know how i would fix this please cause love the phone and has to be the best i have yet shame about the cam but its going to take alot for me to part with it

When i have an in coming call the ring only goes for 10 seconds. I would like to know how i can get it to ring for longer???? Please

this phone is easy to use and its shape is also good but it shows problem after 1year.

had the phone for about 2 years, camera went recently and now the screen doesnt work at all, Its driving me mad, use cant use the phone at all. If anyone else had the same prob, what did you do???? did samsung replace it, iv got insurance on mine, so i hope they do.

I've had this phone for 16 months now and have not had a single problem. Its hard wearing to say the least. Its been through the wash twice and dropped serveral imes and is still gong strong! I'd recommend this phone to anybody.

the camera is disgusting. it doesnt send MM files. ok, i dunno how to transfer stuff frm d phone to other devices. ne1 gimme a clue?
i think de design is quite annoying.

Great Phone, shame about the screen. A few months after i got this i got vertical lines all over the screen, then it strtaed going white. now it doesnt work at all.

it's a really good phone, i had it for an year and a half, and it's stil in a good condition it past to so much trubles:i've just drop it in whater:D...but it's stil alive.i love it.

Don't buy this phone...the screen is the first thing to go. Had the phone for about a year or so. They even said it's not worth fixing. Went back to Motorola, will never buy a samsung again. My friend has the same phone, she is complaining about the battery...doesn't last long.

Silent button does not work. Can't send busines cards. no radio no recorder, can't add tunes, can't use gprs to logon to wap, and damn camera stopped working. the calendar is crap but the alarm system is good

well the problem you all mentioned(the display goes white,or camera is not working etc) appears because of the flexible band in the phone....I know...we repair lots of telephones of these with this problem.....they always go wrong....this phone is not really worth....although its' colours and sounds are beautiful...
