I have Samsung is working very well. But only some days ago, my daughter put in Headphone (Headphone of the same Mobile) to listen to music. After that I can not listen to any call(recieve and call). I can only receive and call through Headphone. Without Headphone I can not hear anything. I brought to the Shop, but they could not help me. Someone told me that I should changed the Profile of the Mobile, but I could not find where the Profile is located and how to change it.
Will you be so kind as to explain to me what I should do in oder I can use my Samsung Mobile without Headphone as I have used it before.
I am looking to receiving your response as soon as possible.

dis fone is awful....i live in nigeria and got a couple of friends who use dis fone..we all seem to have d same problem and d fone was so expensive and couldnt even survive 6mths...shame on samsung

the phone is one of the most beautiful ever... and thats about it. i've had it for about 6 month, and i got no problem with it as a phone. its quite great actually, the batery lasts long enough, good signal and stuff, but other than that its stupid. camera aint satisfactory, no voice call and the menu isnt very userfriendly to search for contacts. anyway, i recomant it only if you want to use it a phone. it totaly sucks considering all other features.

Yes, when i bought this phone is was very pleased with it! but after a year more the phone got crazy, the battery was up. When i want to charge him up the screen was al over white, besides i got a new phone that's a not a bagger like this one. sucky samsung phone the E700 , most of the people E700 are already died out! But yes hope that samsung have fixed that problem! Very funny it was the phone died after a year more! When the guarrantee also have a year! But i don't think that won't help your problem ouut of the world! What i can say? worst phone ever without any features, The phone + point was the Design, the most people fell in love with it. But yes nothing to say anymore..

i have this phone at the mo and i can say it is good. it has beautiful design, great camera, two LCDs, but these phones have short lifes. i have my phone from a year and a month ago it started with errors. first phone book, after that camera, and a week ago it stopped working. i dunno why is that [i have 3 other phones all are still "alive"] be carefull with this phone and if u can take another model of samsung. this is not the best.

A few good things about this phone it takes and save the picture at the same time doing that in about 0.4 of a second and you can have the view finder for the camera on the external screen by shutting the phone and holding down the camera button plus this phone USUALLY work quite fast it only wieghs 94grams and it has an allright clarity screen...

I was 12years old when i got his phone on a $42 a moth plan now im 13 and regreting it!!!It has good looks and its very compact although it has it has some good features the rest are crap!!!

i just want to say that i love the look of this phone. But i was so dissapointed when i turned it on the menu is horrible its so ugly i thought it might be like the more modern phones it has a very old fasioned menu screen!! and there are no good features! OVERALL CRAP PHONE

Well...firstly it looks GREAT stylish,small,
cute..its manly but also girly..from that point its wonderful..but the camara is rubbish, infared does NOT work, the screen goes funny after a while and It has small memory.So if i was you dont buy it...its not that great when it comes to features.

the phone design is nice, but the other things from the phone sucks hell!!!
no any good features...
en btw i got this phone 2 but the screen gave it up about 1.3 years. most of the people have the same problem. screen of this phone sucks really hard.

this is a great phone, and although ive heard many people complaining about errors and malfunctions, etc, my phone has been dropped countless times (on tiles, i might add), and the top is held together with super glue from when my brother threw it at the mantlepiece in a tantrum. strangely enough, it still works great!

This phone sucks so much it sucks vacuum. It's another case of a bug infested first-try phone... The clamshell design makes the data connection cable between the screen and the main part VERY fragile and I've seen a lot of defective E700's with this problem, including my own. After 1 year of normal use it won't even communicate properly with network anymore. Camera gave up after 7 months. By FAR the worst mobile I've ever had and a shame for a company with such a good reputation of producing quality products.

Someone please help me on the next matter. How can I hide the numbers from my SIM in the Phonebook? I keep numbers in the phone and also on the SIM and it's annoyng to have duplicate numbers in the list.
