This is a great phone !! had it for 2yrs almost and NEVER EVER gave me trouble. Dropped it quite often but still remained functional.... the reason why i'm changing it is now the buttons are getting stuck and it takes like 5 mins to write a msg, especially the HESH key.

nice looking i liked mine. not bad camera pictures. good little phone. still looks good. nice buttons for mp3 on the front.

Absolutely legendary phone, had it nearly 4 years, its been bashed and droped on building sites and always stayed strong. But it finally got killed by a bottle of sprite last week. R.I.P E720

Fantastic phone, I've had mine for over three years now, and I'm almost tempted to buy a new one now that mine is finally giving up, instead of upgrading to a newer phone. I make a lot of calls, and the battery still lasts for almost a week. The design is fantastic, and all over I sometimes find it hard to believe this phone was actually bought in 2005, cause it's better than lots of the newer phones.

got it 2006 and still kicking well...usual weak battery but software fast enough...gonna get a newer phone with sd card for technology sake gotta move on...if avilable buy it..hahahaha

I have had this phone for three years, it is easy to use, and has everything you really need. the number of times i have dropped it and even dropped it in a lake and still works perfect. The Camera isn't great but it is sufficient. A phone i would definatly recommend

This is a really good phone! spent my money wisely on this one, had it 3 years and its never failed on me. Dropped it countless times both when closed and open, never froze...
Sadly the end is near, the reception is dying slowly, he's had enough :P

actually i had this phone three months ago... Now i have a problem with this unit..Why? this is because it will now automatically answer calls even i am not pressing any buttons or i am not opening this flip like phone.... does any one know how to disable this feature? Please help me..... tnx

Iv had this phone for years now and it is brilliant. I mean gawd u all seem to have soo many problems. If you want it to go silent hold down the frickin hash key where u wud usually dial a number. It has a good camera, good mp3 player, good headphones, good memory space for a phone without a memory card. easy to text and phone people on. Easy to store numbers in groups and that kind of thing. buy it if u want a simple to use phone that is pretty resistant to being dropped but still has technology like bluetooth!

how can I silent the ringtone without rejecting the call? sometimes I want it to stop ringing, but I don't want to reject the call

Hi, I am using Samsung E720 for the last 2 years and find excellent, but I have a problem and find no solution. Actually I’ve misplaced my data cable so it’s a bit problem 4 me cos I got nowhere, if any friend could help me in this regard I'll be thankful. Thank u
