i like this phone a lot memory is really good, pretty easy to use, i like the design also. the ony things i dont like about it is the fact that the music doesnt sound that good, theres no speakerphone and also, correct me if im wrong(id love to sort it out) but you cant have a ringtone playing when its mp3 and have the phone vibrate at the same time. if only it did!!! great phone overall though

LoL sorry i didnt finish. i was gonna say that it wont let me play my music it just keeps turning itself on and off and the same goes for trying to take a picture or video, it makes a horrible noise aswell before it goes off like it has had waer damage (which i havnt done) :( i think im gonna go and take it back in like 30 mins and shall tell you the results :)

I feel quite dissapointed. i loved this phone, i made it unique and was happy with it. it has great memory space, takes goos pictures and videos, a really bright light and a few alright games, basically your getting my jist. i had this phone for a whole 10 months and it was stolen from me and i have payed £7.99 in insurance on the phone for the last 10 months and the company upset me when it took well over a month for a new one to come and then to find that it just keeps getting worse!

Hi, im trying to put some songs onto my phone. I've installed all the software but the file manager option is greyed out. Anyone have any ideas why????

now I found the method, and could flash firmware. not difficult, if you know steps! it's amazing!

I'd like flash the firmware, but with USB cable I could't it. When the Optiflash program said "Phone on power" nothing happend, when I push on button. I read other forums, the problem is real. Can anyone help me?

have loaded all the software to my laptop, I am having problems getting the file manager to work via USB.
Is there any known config. issues or some obvious thing, to get this function working.
Anyone got the answer?????

hi my bes m8 haz this phone and no-body can deny its an amazing phone but i have recently bought a new phone and i bought the samsung z500 which is basically an upgrade of this phone. It also comez in baby pink which i gt!! i love my phone (z500) to bits so if your thinking of buying the samsung e720 think again and get the samsung z500!! itz sooooooooooo much beta, gud luk!!!

does anyone know how to record my own voicemail meesage to my o2 sim card so that when people dont get a hold of me, they reach my answer machine. please tell me if you knwow.

hi there ive had my samsung e720 fot about 6 months now and yesterday i took it out my pocket and it was switched off so i tried to turn it back on but it wonldnt power on so when i got home i tryed chargoing no lights come on but the lights on the charger said it was fully charged so if anybody can give me any help on the mateer please email me on dougie_92@hotmail.com. thanks

If you are buying this phone for the Mp3 player then go for a sony ericson walkman phone as the mp3 player on the e 720 is a waste of money too quite on loud speaker and quality poor

Hey all,
I've had this phone for ages now its a great phone...
PROS:Really fast camera
Good video quality
Nice screen
Good MP3 player
Easy great keypad
Alsom LED lights
Very simple easy to use
CONS:PC software is Šhî† Šhî† Šhî†(WORST SOFTWARE EVER)
Cant customise TXT ringtones (only have 10 short tones to choose form)
Have to convert music to MP3 or ACC

Othwise GREAT phone......Buy it

hi this is a question for jason or anybody that can help. i have installed all the software (as far as i know) but when i click on file manager to put music onto my files, nothing opens! what am i doing wrong? can anybody help please? email me asap thanks natalie.

great phone but again sound quality very poor and ring tone volume is poor missed loads of calls

this is a decent reasonable priced phone it is xactly like the d500 apart from the camera and shape is different. the resona i brought this phone was becos evry tom dik nd harry hav got the d500 therefore i went for the e720 the bad side is that the speaker is not that loud s a d500 apart from thats its a slik phone (can n e 1 tell me how to change my numbers to multi-colour when shown on screen)

i have this mobile phone 4 about two weeks and i think that every thing about it is great but i would rather prefer the D-500
