I had this phone for 2 years and then got a E830 slider. Although the new Samsung user interface is nicer looking, it is not as stable or easy to use as the one on the E730. The speaker quality on the E730 is also much better; the E830 sounds a bit tinny like Nokia phones. I think I'm going to go back to the little clam shell Samsung as it's really the best mobile phone I've had in years.

This phone is so-so. Music play is kinda soft, since there are no separate external speakers.
On the design side, it looks good. But don't be fooled - it is made of cheap quality materials that perhaps explained why my faceplate rusted. Worst, Samsung refused to change it for me, though it is still under warranty. I would say that the warranty is USELESS. Reason being, it DOES NOT cover COSMETICS (in other words, any thing on the 'outside' is not covered). What use is the warranty then?

hi, i have some problems with this cell. i cant make events... or if i do it i cant hear it... this cell has 4 tones to use for events alarm... :(( i am very desapointed... can someone help me? pls...

Best phone I have had to date. Holds more music than most other phones. Really not wanting to change it, but it fell and the battery clips broke. Any idea where I could possibly get a battery. I have been looking.

Hi!!!!
does anyone know how to make this phone last longer? i use this phone for almost 24 hours only, the battery is new, but still its life drains very, very fast, that's why i cannot use its multimedia features for a long time.....

i've had this phone for over two years, and yes, people never keepp their phones for over two years, but i am just in LOVE with it!!! its wonderful, i don't think i'll ever find a phone that will satisfy me as much, but i really want a new one because mine is all scratched up from falling on the floor too much, but they discontinued it in the US does anyone know where i can get this?

great phone. used this phone for almost a year. and now i'm using an n71 but i did not have the heart to sell this phone coz i super love it...and from time to time i still use it...good camera, mp3 transfering with bluetooth is easy, good battery life and very durabale! adding java games is no issue for me. It's one of the best phone i've owned!

I've had this phone for a couple of months already, but about two months ago I started having this problem.
My phone's memory status has been at 0kb, & the phone constantly alerts me that my memorys status is full whenever I receive a message. I'm still able to receive messages though, but I'm unable to transfer any more files into my phone, whether image or adio or video files. I have deleted a large number of files in my phone already, yetmy memory left has still stayed at 0kb.
I'm pretty sure I've never let my phone memory reach 0kb before, yet it suddenly just went to that mode & it has stayed like that since then. Any help?

uploading is easy, load on program and go into the options and configure it so it auto senses the phone. unplug the phone again and close the program. open it up again and plug in phone, it should find your phone and access it. go to transfers, you have to go to the file on the phone you want to download to using the program. find what you want to move and if it is successful you can press the transfer button. involved but not hard...

This mobile have been gifted to me....n he s totally rocking..he s very compact, resistible,high son, terrific photos image etc.. just the battery prob.. that s always the same case with samsungs cells ...well samsung always rockS!

i have this fone for 1yr+ n it is super! it have great function n i can send pic or video or songs to my com n there is no problem.. this fone is great.. the camara is clear. n i have drop it upteen times bt nth is wrong.. it super!
