Hey can someone help me please?
i have an outbox and a sentbox but none of the messages i send save into either of these folders... i dont know why. Can someone help please, or tell me how to fix this?

Hey all just wanna say that this phone is great but it freezzes alot during some processes and when downloading a game is where the prob is can someone tell why his is?

I love this phone to bits but the only problem is that it always shows dns error on the sreen every few minutes.Can anybody tell me what is dns error and how to remove.

does this phone has an headset when you buy it? is the sound loud if the headset plug in? is the camera good? what other bad and good features does this phone have? i heard there was i problem with the keypad?

Got a new piece of SGH-E830, and it seems really good, plays MP3, radio and other features I am trying to explore, seems to have a bright prospect, but would prefer it had a small hook to handle this fragile piece. Regards Henry

I've been looking for a good phone since my last suddenly 'broke', and after reading lots of comments for samsung phones, i don't think they're all that reliable. it's a shame though since they look so nice! :(

I have this phone right now and although it looks good, the problem is with the audio. I agree that it's not loud enough. Also, I have a problem with the battery life. I usually use the sms feature a lot and it drains the life out of my battery in practically 3 hours I guess. So sad..

Samsung are the best looking phones and this model and the U-700 prove that!! The E-830 looks best in gold/black. I had a X-690 and it lasted me a year before it was stolen from me!! That Ksh 10,000 phone has a better camera that my current Ksh 15,000 phone of another model and a longer battery life!!

the flex of my cellphone samsung E830 was easily destroyed although I had been very very careful in handling it. now, when I went to a cellphone repair shops, no one would like to replace the flex because they claimed that samsung have limited spare parts. the flex of E830 is hard to find...how is this...?

Once again samsung has hugely proven dat its unreliable. 1st i had da D600 which decided 2 die on me afta 7months of use. Then i had da D900 for 5months then da charger/earphones port decided not 2 work anymore. And now i had da E830 which afta jus 4months of usage da camera started givin me problems. It was filled wit this purple colour in it. A month later da camera died. 3months later da screen died and now da screen doesnt switch on, even wen da phone is on. Can u jus imagine? I havnt used a samsung phone for more dan 9months, not cause i dnt want to, but cause they always failed me. Am neva gon buy a samsung phone again. Think its tym i went back to da brand dats always been there for me, sony ericsson.

Please help me as soon as possible, I bought this Samsung and I love it to bits though I had a problem with the volume which is the was=y far too low so I dialled *#8999*test# and change the audio settings not knowing that I'm ruining everything. My phone now doesnt ring at all , I cant hear the caller I'm just frustrated , please help me asit is the only phone I have

this is such a great phone, i love it! i just need your help! i kinda changed things i wasn't suppose to and now my volume is all gone and i dont know how to put it back. this is what i typed in: *#8999*test# and it went to test mode and i changed all my audio settings. plz help me put them back:-(
