Hi, Yes it does ring and vibrate at the same time. And yes you can use the cable to connect to your PC (via the USB) and then swop pics, etc between your cell and your PC.

To george you deativate it by going into call settings and cancel all call diverting services. That way it will just ring out till you answer and wont have to run for ya phone. cheers
