To george you deativate it by going into call settings and cancel all call diverting services. That way it will just ring out till you answer and wont have to run for ya phone. cheers

Hey everybody whos got a e830, its fab hei! One thing that wasnt so gr8 is da mp3 sound, soft! I used this code to make it gr8. *#8999*8378# (in idle mode) and then u go 2 hardware version, and goto audio, u then go to mp3, u will c its automatically as 10. Just change it to 11. I tried 12, but then the muzic is to hard 4 da speaker. Its really gr8. It really workz. And da music is still good. Ive got a 1gb mmc in, and its a very good phone, nice big screen. Cheerz matez

Hi Brian The problem with the phone answering when you take it out of your pouch is that the slider mechanism is operated by magnets and you have your phone set to answer when you open the slider. the problem is that the closing fasteners on your belt pouch also work with megnets therefore answering your phone when you move it. I removed the magnets from my pouch and problem solved..

I have had this phone for a while and I have two major problems. I live in the US and am on a GSM network (AT&T). I get horrible reception. Is anyone else experiencing the saem. I never had a problem when I had my motorola. Next when I pull the phone out of my phone case I can't answer the phone because it rejects the phone call. Any thought or comments? I like the phone but it is giving me a headache!
