I've been using the phone for more than 4 years now. It has never given me any problems, except that twice I had to get the slider ribbon changed, but that's okay. Evry slider/flap phone needs to get some parts changed in a while. Other than that, the phone has an awesome display. I downloaded the opera mini browser and internet speed is too good with it. I would suggest to all the owners not to use the default browser because that sucks! I only wish it had a loudspeaker, wi-fi and more space for messages. Other than that, it's beautiful, has a strong metal body and is value for money!

This phone is not having loud speaker, screen is coated thus creats prob in sun light. head phones not easily available. Internet too slow. No themes. does not support most applications. most games not supported.

I am using this mobile for 2 years. the problem is that after connecting headphone the ring tone sound does not come in headphone. this is major fault. there is no user profile option.
