im samsung E840 user since 26Dec2007 til now... din hav any problem about it... quite good... nice design... luk high class... al my fren lov it..^^ although de volume of player is kinda low... bt its ok 4 me... de touch screen loved by al my frens... they lik use my hp FUN!!

I am using this phone since last one and half year and it is a great phone. Everybody likes it. Regarding features: Camera - picture quality is nice, Music - volume little low but of good quality, voice clarity- good, Themes - sorry, only one theme. voice recording - good. Keys - one has to become used to to the soft touch function then it is enjoyable. GPRS - fast. in conclusion, I recommend this phone strongly.

Number 1 :
is not for people who are carreles, is doesn't have tollerance from impacts.
Number 2 :
The camera is bad.it takes pictures like an old VGA
Number 3 :
The touch keys are a killer.
In conlusion think again ;)

Monica please tell your friend that he has to try other brands of celfones aside from Samsung so he can objectively compare features and durability.

For those who love sending SMS/text messages using T9, this is one of the few Samsung phones that allow you to return or go back to a previous word to change it (by pressing the "0" key) without having to erase the word and retype it and then choose an option. Saves a lot of time and frustration. Why doesn't Samsung do this to all their phones' software. The U600 has the same software but you can't change the word easily.
