Yes, it is a "4G" phone by the t-mobile standard of 4G, which is HSPA+. So the specifications accurately should read HSDPA+ and HSUPA+ for the network portion.

Im interested in this phone because im not capable of buying a high end device like SGS2 or Arc. I need to know whether this phone can be used outside USA without any problem. If there is a limitation what is it? Please help. Thanks
