I have used this as my primary phone for the past year. Overall it is a good phone and I have no complaints. Occasionally the screen will freeze up and require a reboot (1X per 2-3 weeks), but this is not uncommon with other phones I have had in the past, so I assume it's pretty normal. Of course, the screen is not as huge as some of the newer phones that are coming out and that results in smaller font size which, if you are older like me, requires getting out reading glasses once in a while. But again, I have been happy with this phone and cannot complain. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who does not require a big screen.

To the poster below:

Yes, it is a "4G" phone by the t-mobile standard of 4G, which is HSPA+. So the specifications accurately should read HSDPA+ and HSUPA+ for the network portion.

> In reply to Chuck @ 2012-06-26 08:05 from Rbqc - click to readThe phone uses Tmobile's 4G which is actually more of an upgraded 3G speed which means that you get better speeds that regular 3G but not as good as real 4G
