Bought this today from WalMart for $199 and for $30 monthly plan (prepaid). for $30 we get 100 mints talk time and 5GB data for 4g speed.
Phone looks awesome.

Really nice for the price, comes with latest version of gingerbread, everything runs smooth, no problems with any downloads or installed software. Good value phone, no complaints.

Btw I have it in my hands now and comes with 2.3.5/512mb ram/1gb internal memory. Display looks like AMOLED.

Its 3G includes 850 and 1900, so it works on AT&T too, if unlocked.

Good price for this specifications and great for me, cuz i don't need many Megapixels from my phone. I don't need even front camera! I just need big screen (mor than 3,5"), Android OS, Fast processor and Powerfull battery ;) I thing I'll get one new Exhibit II 4G soon...
